Classes

JIVAMUKTI OPEN (95 min.)

An open class for all levels where you can practice at your own pace. The program includes asanas, meditation, and spiritual teachings supported by music. Ideal for those who want to learn the basics and work on technique.

JIVAMUKTI OPEN XL (120 min)

A longer class that allows for deeper exploration of practice and more advanced asanas. Part of the donations goes to help dogs in a shelter. This class is perfect for those who want more time for practice.

JIVAMUKTI BASIC (95 min)

A four-week course for beginners covering various themes: from standing poses to inversions. Emphasis on technique and the use of props. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to refresh their knowledge.

RESTORATIVE CLASS (95 min)

A calming class for deep relaxation and recovery. Asanas are held longer with the use of props, helping to relieve stress and improve mobility. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with injuries.

JIVAMUKTI SPIRITUAL WARRIOR (60 min)

An energetic class for busy people. Fast-paced with a fixed sequence of asanas focusing on physical fitness. Ideal for intermediate and advanced students but also open to beginners with a desire to try.
